The course made me think about how I can try and be more inclusive and supportive, not just at work, but in everyday life.

The material covered in training seemed to be rather of common knowledge. Nevertheless, a good opportunity to reflect on one's behavior and any related experiences. The subject is always a valid topic, also a suitable reminder when there are new starters joining the team.

The course was very impressive, as it represented difficult themes in a clear and precise manner in which there was a balance of clear examples, practical advice and self reflection.
The course in my opinion would be better separated out into maybe two or three individual ones covering the main topics , as i felt there were too many topics covered in a single session. However overall very informative and a must for all employees.
