A very clearly presented and informative webinar, which uses easily understandable definitions and examples.

Contents have very clear explanation. Lots of ilustrations to help traineers better understanding.

Very thorough and respectful as well as being non-judgemental of anyone who could trip up along the way trying to follow the EDI training. Would say that the only section that acknowledged that the service user could have experience of being discriminated against was the race section, and this could perhaps be acknowledged for all sections (maybe a general acknowledgement at the beginning)

The pace was very quick and there wasn't enough clarity about what was and was not tested as I went along

I've been in the workforce for a long time and seen all sorts of behaviour along the way. Nice to know things are moving forward.

A very informative course, touching sensitive subjects done in an easy way with examples. I particularly liked the 60 second thought which can be used throughout. The presenters were very clear and the use of footage was genuine. One of the best D&I courses I have attended. Very well thought through.

I felt that the training was very long and hard to retain that much information, the questions in between were not always easy to understand with the use of long words that i had to look up and i still misunderstood what the question was actually asking.

An informative course, delivered in a clear and sensitive manner.
