A very informative course.

I would have appreciated this course when employed as a catering manager, several years ago now when the content of this course was not fully understood.

In depth.

Informative and educational. Reminds us of the need to be fair and none judgemental. I can recognize the changes identified / suggested within this video in the workplaces I have worked over the last 30 years.

extremely helpful.

This programme has been an eye opener for me. It has given me clarity and detailed understanding of the various topics. It has been a behaviour changer for me. the most eye opener topic for me was disability. The entire programme has shifted my way of thinking positively and I will recommend this programme to everyone.

Useful

Some of it was useful but the delivery was too distracting with a lot of chatter and visuals which meant it was too long and difficult to get key information. I think anyone with ADHD or autism would have found it especially difficult to follow. Also sometimes the tone was condescending - "we're threads in a cloth" or similar, for example.

Very interesting

This is so important. As a foster carer I need to be aware of all 4 categories on a daily basis with the young people I look after

Interesting and new.

I found the explanations of terms, which cause most people trouble to understand, very useful and even interesting. However the presenters, whilst being positive in their approach, tend to speak too quickly. It is difficult enough to take on board ideas and terms and pronouns you have only vaguely heard of before, but to have them rattled out in quick succession, leaves you overloaded which tends to lead to annoyance. Not all of us are practised in the ways of the modern office!
