Really have to read some questions properly to get correct answer.
Whilst I appreciate these topics are extremely important and the course content was appropriate and well presented, I personally feel that these topics are best presented in a face to face course - where individuals can explore in more depth the different topics and have the opportunity to share experiences and thoughts with other people. This for me is my preferred way of learning and how I would gain the most from addressing these very important issues.
