Having worked as a Trade Union Officer for many years, I was pretty familiar with the topic but still learnt more. Easy to follow, well presented & including practical situations which challenged personal thinking. One of the best online courses I’ve taken
Some of the questions what does it have to do with the work I have to do completely strange
I think that this course was great, easy enough to navigate and so full of information. It was quite long but you could easily work your way through it and take breaks if needed. Thank you.
