Inclusive course?

It would be interesting to see an analysis of the reading age needed to access the test at the end of the course, also the language in the videos is hardly designed to be accessible. I fear that doing this course may impact negatively on some peoples' self esteem. Hardly inclusive. Hope help is being provided!

Too long

When I begin a course I would always like to finish it, which I did, but with work related interruptions the course took over 2 and a half hours. I am not saying the content wasn't important but very repetitive.

3/5
very good

It was good but at times hard to follow.

5/5
Engaging and thorough EDI training

An engaging training session that thoroughly covered key EDI concepts. One star dropped because the knowledge check at the end of the course was not challenging and I felt that it didn't actually test my understanding.

4/5
Informative and well structured

Great online training course and a time efficient way to deliver this topic

really good

as a minority, as someone who has been often discriminated against, I do feel like this is only aimed at people who are in a position of power and priviledge in a organisation, it is showing CIS oriented and non-poc people how to act around minorities while I would love a test and lesson more oriented for a minority person, still a fun lesson

5/5
Tiresome

In your videos, the "bad person" is often depicted by a white actor. The virtue signalling in your output doesn't help.

Enlightening and thought provoking.

Very good course full of information I was totally unaware of.

5/5
Not so straight forward

I would say, based on a complicated subject matter that some of the questions are hard to interpret.
