Every worker should be treated equal
A ghastly mix of the bleeding obvious and po-faced correctness. Hilarious that the answer to some of the questions was just a verbatim repeat of dubious earlier text - eg "I am a thread....what I think matters" etc. Just baloney, and I am full of resentment at being pressed to waste my time on it.2correct

After finding the time to do the course after 3 months, I found it extremely interesting and a refresher to what I had completed previously. My takeaway is the ..... "60 second time out", very beneficial, think before you speak on how others will perceive your comments!
Course was too long and can cause people to give up listing to the presentation. Took a bit longer than 1 hour as needed to work in between and answer phone calls.
It was an interesting introduction in UK's workplace expectations, environment, concepts. Things outlined in the course, will stay in mind, they will help fit in quickly.
