Very detailed and concise learning

In most business's this type of training is highly important and is part of a wide range of mandatory training needs, therefore ideally it needs to be efficient and clearly stated in the quickest possible way without effecting the learning. I feel personally that a mandatory course which takes nearly 2 hours does seem rather long and maybe leads to people losing concentration and therefore its less effective. I think it could be condensed a little more with less videos. Many people/employees are very well versed on these topics these days and therefore the focus should perhaps be more on how much we know through the test section, rather than locking people in to videos about subject matter that they may well have very good knowledge already.

In my opinion

I feel that this training was more suited for employers than for employees as it talks a lot about what my organisation should implement and rules that should be followed when employing people for jobs within my organisation.

Excellent course.

All done professionally and learned a lot about general day to day procedures. Some I knew, some I didn’t. All in all very good.

A valuable update on responsibilities.

Lots of technical terms to take in. The "Take 60 seconds to think what if this was me" is a good learning tool. Updated to include Trans/Transitioning etc information which has not been part of earlier training in a previous workplace, which was good.

Clear and helpful

Clear presentation of terminology and use of language relating to EDI. The availability of extra resources is helpful. As is the suggestion of breaks. I found the reflection points particularly helpful. Some of the test questions are facile - ten good questions would be more useful.

No time to take notes

The content was interesting and very informative, but it was impossible to make notes as was covered so quickly then moved on.

5/5
a lot to take in.

Notes would help on definitions or Headings.
