The reality of training like this is that it serves a point to people who aren't already inclusive. But when you have grown up, being inclusive, ensuring that you learn about others, and being accepting this felt like 60 minutes of being told how to be a human being. Something like this is much better done, where conversation, can be had. So everyone can learn more about each other.
I enjoyed this course. It was interesting and beautifully presented. There was a lot to take on board and the course approached this very well. I was also impressed that all the information presented was backed up by legal guidance. Statutory duties for employers and employees were outlined alongside the need to challenge and stand up for equality and celebrate diversity in our society. An essential and worthwhile course.
