This topic needs more than an online course. All levels of management needs to have in-depth training and also learn how to handle matters sensitively - Not everyone feel they can rely on HR. I think JH as a whole is progressive when it comes to EDI however not every individual incident is handled in the appropriate manner. There needs to be some element of 'open forum' with a level on anonymity - its difficult to address these matters when you want to avoid any form of confrontation when you've been faced with it your whole life.

very good course and very informative and well presented.
A well structured course with digestible information spread over modules with breaks to let lessons and knowledge sink in.Good presentations and images to reflect talking points.Thought provoking, certain scenarios shown in a light or from a perspective perhaps that i hadn't considered before.
