I feel course covered all aspects of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion. I feel it supplied with good substantial information and the tools I can utilise in my work as a Social worker within Aberlour services.
Helpful summary of the issues around equality, diversity and inclusion. Although I have worked in the criminal justice system and now with victims for many years, the course is a helpful refresher and adds to knowledge. I really like the pauses for reflection and reminder that taking breaks is part of this issue and not an indulgence.
