It was good training course that explained the definitions well and the importance of diversity, equality and inclusion in the workplace. I thought the test at the end was good. This could help you realise how much you had taken in and learnt. It reinforces the importance about knowing the policies in your workplace and how to implement good work practice. The importance of creating a safe, healthy environment.

It all looks good on paper but putting it into practice is a different kettle of fish. And as a member of the disabled community. I hope to be included in more events now. Social or Work related.

I enjoyed the training because it covers the different types of discrimination. It gives food for thought and invite to self-reflexion what I think is key in EDI.

It’s good to give everybody a better understanding how to be at work and how to treat everybody fairly and with kindness, work should be a place where you can feel relaxed and comfortable around other work colleagues and this course helps and shows how to do that.

Very inclusive method of training delivery, without pressure of time constraint with breaks to allow you to take in all the information received.

It reminded me about the different forms of discrimination but also, how to positively challenge this when I see it.
