Disagree with part of the course

Many of the things taught in the course about gender identity are highly subjective and controversial and should not be taught as fact.

I disagreed with some sections

The sections regarding gender identity are incorrect. Gender dysphoria is not something that should be encouraged or promoted as being 'normal' in a workplace. Gender dysphoria syndrome is a serious mental illness which requires medical attention and professional help. There are two genders which are male and female and I shouldn't feel pressured to need to call someone a pronoun of their choice that is totally incorrect to what gender they actually are for the sole reason that this is how they 'identify'. The training stated three genders which were male, female and non-binary but according to the 0.55% of the England that have gender dysphoria syndrome, there over 100 different genders. If we start encouraging this in a workplace, then shall we also encourage depression, schizophrenia, anorexia, obesity? and if not, why not? Where do we draw the line?If a male identified as a female and start using the female toilets then I feel that this could also be a safety concern for the women who go into their gender assigned toilets and want to feel safe.Take a moment to think about If we encourage people to act solely on their feelings in other instances other then gender identity, then what kind of dangers could we face in the world we live in.I should feel safe to share my viewpoint not judged.
