Very good course and lot to learn I have enjoyed it.
Easy to follow and complete.
I completed the Equality, Diversity and Equality course today and even I, as someone who considers themselves to be very inclusive, found there were areas where I was learning new skills. A thoroughly enjoyable, interesting and informative course.
This is a very detailed course. It's is punctuated by breaks at comfortable points which gives you a better chance to absorb the information.
I found this course very interesting I loved the scenario about a group of friends ordering coffee it really made me think of situations I have personally been in over all fantastic course!

Clear information and the system functioned well. Quite boring. Presentation not very varied. Could do with more case studies. Questions didn't always relate to the information just given. Many questions in the final test were a bit silly - extremely obvious answers.

The delivery of the course is effective, use if examples puts the discussion into perspective.
