Very well presented course. Very good definitions of the key words
awareness and respectfulness of all for who they are
I found the training course simple to follow and enjoyed the fact they included breaks in between them as it made it a lot less daunting
I now have a better understanding to treat people equally and fairly, bearing in mind the divers nature of human being.
I will apply these knowledge to improve the quality of the workplace.
great video learnt things which i wouldn't have learned/known through daily life. would have liked a bit more of in-depth of the different pronouns etc and what they meant.
