Being born in era where we were never taught the realities of a diverse culture this was a real help to me to understand not only the workplace but everyday situations where Equality Diversity and Inclusion should be a matter of fact.
I was engaged throughout the training as it detailed a lot of information I was not clear about, and will definitely help my awareness, and action, in the workplace going forward.
Too much information in each clip that you drift off, and seem to overcomplicate things so you get lost in what is being said.
