Although I found much of the course useful and worth putting into practice, I was struck by a rather cynical thought. If I were considering setting up a company employing significant numbers of people, I would probably regard the overheads associated with meeting the relevant legislation as a major drawback. Against that, the course itself pointed out that there is a potential business benefit of around £5-30 for each pound spent in this area so it is still a benefit.

An excellent presentation, but I would have found it easier to follow with subtitles. I was taking notes through out, but missed vital information due to an Auditory processing disorder and cognitive dyspraxia. I know I could and did re watch some slides and there was a summary at the end of each slide, but I found it tiring listening and trying to process each new piece of information. However, very informative and a good presentation.
