I thought the course was very informative and it made you think about how you speak and act around people and to ensure I enhance awareness and understanding of the value of an inclusive workforce/meeting the needs of diverse staff and clients.
I was a bit amazed by the male presenter changing hairstyles but overall I thought it was informative.
As I have had this subject to teach in the past, I thought it covered all the relevant points needed to assist a better understanding of all the relevant legislation involved.

As the content of the training is heavy and can be triggering or upsetting for some, I recommend breaking it down into individual modules so it's not information overload. Whilst the information is all-encompassing, if you have no background in EDI, it can be overwhelming and off-putting. This may need to be considered here.

This course explains modern terminology with regard to how we treat each other and although I can see that I'm already there as regards treating people with respect and courtesy, it's good to have this all defined so comprehensively.

Well paced and easy to follow. A good overview of the subject for general awareness. However, this would not suffice for line managers who would benefit from more real world examples and techniques for managing any issues arising.
