I felt some of the teaching around gender identity could be improved. Being asked pronouns has made me feel very awkward as I don't feel that I have a gender identity and I understand that I am being asked to either identify with female sex stereotypes which I don't or to declare a transgender identity that I don't feel fits either. This becomes awkward and exclusive and I've often been the only person who isn't sure how to answer. I appreciate these are difficult issues and I don't have a straightforward solution.
