A lot to remember, & take in.
Positive on the whole. Some of the wording of questions I find unclear between what they are asking and what I think they are asking. I was bothered by the amount of time spent on the hot topic of gender reassignment within the training. I felt the detail and attention given to this was far beyond the other characteristics, which were very general. In this way I felt that my more significant characteristics were not given an equal opportunity to be shared with others looking in.
The course was very well explained and an interesting tool for the future.
Its important that people are treated as equals, that people get the dignity and respect they deserve and that their differences are celebrated.
