I learned a lot of very interesting views
EDI training course is overly long, teaching myself how to suck eggs, doesnt cover certain things in depth as it should, over covers other subject, isnt unbiased.

The bulk of the content was logical and makes sense but, it states as a fact on one summary page that the more diverse a workforce is the more financially successful it will be. This is wrong on so many levels! by that logic a company consisting of 10 black people will not be as financially successful as a company consisting of 5 white people and 5 black people - if that isn't a racist mindset I don't know what is. As a company priding themselves on offering training in Equality, Diversity & Inclusion you need to do better.
