The whole module made me think more in depth about situations that may develop in the workplace, even when teaching zumba just once a week
The course progressed at a good pace and I particularly liked the breaks to absorb the information during the videos.
The course was presented in a clear and concise manner. Each topic was explained in great details with practical examples to provide more clarity. I enjoyed every bit of this course and I've learned a lot within that period of time.
Covers all parts but felt it was too long. However, not sure it could be shortened and cover all the elements needed

Not great for people going through the video it self watching it just made me want to leave the job .knowing that iv been through all the hate and discremention for ten years and nothing changes in the work place
Great summary style bite size chunks of information without overloading the learner. Knowing the tests were in between each session kept my focus.
