Very enlightening and dispelled few issu

At my level within the business this was enlightening with respect to bacon sandwiches purchased by contractors. I don't believe these have ever been attached to an obligation. to perform a task to the contractor's benefit.

Well paced, insightful overview of EDI

Thank you for a great short course on E,D & I training and best practices. I found your insight into the difference between equity and equality clear and thought-provoking and the information about the different types of harassment and discrimination was new to me. Great presenters, clear and concise. Thank you.

Good enough

Parts of this course are really good, its up to date and reminds us that there is a lot that is personal responsibility. It's not really aimed at the self employed, but that is my problem, not yours. Maybe you could do a course for that. it raises one question.. I work at a leisure centre. We don't offer courses for women only, so it maybe we are excluding women who (because of religion or culture) are not free to wear clothes suitable for exercise when men or others who do not identify as women are present.

Was just manageable really

Sue was good, and understood or listened to the opinions or thoughts on the items. As we all know its a course on guidance and also opinions which differ from lads on site to snowflakes. She let us have a laugh as well which makes it less monotonous.

Was really informative

It was really informative and I learned new things I hadn't learned in other equality and diversity training such as the appropriate use of pronouns for individuals who identify as different gender identities.

The intention for this course is superb

This is a marvellous lesson giving the importance it attaches to very useful actions such as Bullying, Harassment, Discrimination, Stereotyping that goes on among employees in organisations. Diversity ensures peaceful coexistence though it explains each individual’s ability and capability.
