It was very detailed and helped me understand where I had gaps in my own education regarding the difference between equality and Equity, as well as understanding the difference between harassment, bullying and victimization.

I enjoyed taking this course again, it refreshed my mind for the values we should all share in life in general and in the working place. This has given me a few mental notes and thought processes that I will be taking forward.

It was a lot to take in. You definitely need the breaks! Very helpful, thought provoking. Made me think how I respond in certain situations. I felt overall the course covered a wide range of topics within the overall heading. It was clear, easy to understand and made me think 'what I would do'. Thank you!

The 'Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Training' Course was well structured and very informative. There were several sections to read through and it took some time to familiarise myself with some of the terminology used. Overall, a worthwhile course to complete.

This course was well presented and delivered, but I felt it was very simplistic in places. Much of the content was, in my view, obvious behaviour. It also didn't address how people in some cases can push back against discrimination eg age. You could complain about that, but how to prove it? As I say, good course, and I guess it makes us more aware of potential situations around us
