The course was presented in an excellent understanding way in the videos. I think it went through all the aspects really well and showed them clearly. It helped with understanding issues that one might come across in a work and life environment I enjoyed it throughly.
I enjoyed the course but found the wording of some of the questions confusing, I had to read some several times to ascertain which way round the answer needed to go.
This was a very comprehensive, detailed course, which raised all important awareness required in today's society. A very worthwhile addition to my other portfolio of courses & incredibly relevant in today's workplace. This course was very well put together & I find the format easy to learn & follow. No surprise I achieved 100% !
The course is to long and takes a lot of concentration as there are quite a few similar sounding descriptions.
The content of the course is very good however, it was a bit long and the phrasing of some of the questions in the main body of the course (not the test at the end) could be clearer.
