Very long

It was completed by Danny Ryder not Daniel Stewart as the name suggests.A lot of information is basic and I don't feel these surveys help equality in the workplace. Just seem like box ticking exercises rather than tackling the actual issues but everyone's doing them and they feel like a waste of time.

2/5
limited relevance for me

The course is quite interesting in terms of pointing out things you may not have realised and clarifying the different types of bias and inequality that may be encountered, and how to combat them. As I've done 1 or 2 of these sessions before, it wasn't new to me and realistically, for a self-wemployed roleplayer, it is of only limited relevance.

3/5
Easy to follow and informative

The course is simple to understand and include lots of resources to add to the information already provided. It covers a wide range of subjects and keeps you focused throughout.

Repetitive and redundant

Watching the same videos once a year isn't a good use of anyone's time. The tests should be available to take immediately and the videos should be optional.

Gave great insight into workplace etique

Allowed me to gain knowledge of how to both respect and acknowledge individual differences in the workplace

Essential training

It makes me think about this important area even though I care about people and feel that I try to be inclusive and respect everyone regardless of gender, race, religion, but this course clearly demonstrates potential lack of knowledge and there is always more to be learnt. It would be a good idea if done annually if not already the case

5/5
Informative course

A really clear course outlining in detail all there is to know about equality, inclusion and diversity. There are points of reflection and questions too to support the learning. Great course.
