Informative

Very good and informative, a good person would apply these processes in real life just to be happy with themselves and others. Makes life easier for us all if we apply ourselves to be better with all our needs.

very informative

Easy to understand and follow. Also eye opening to simple things that can make others experience of work more positive.

Perceived inconsistencies.

During the session it discusses people speaking out about being anti racist, as opposed to just stating they are not racist. The question presented during the session requires an answer to say they are not racist as opposed to being anti racist. This appears contrary to the content of the session. It then reverts back in the test answers at the end of the session. This is my perception of the content.

Too long!

Far too long, slow which will lose engagement and focus from people… less is more with these things 60mins via 33 slides isn’t productive

Excellent, clear and concise training co

Each section was well timed, clear and concise, with the appropriate amount of breaks available. The extra reading material was extremely helpful and I now have a clearer understanding of the requirements and how I can be a better person/manager.

It's very clear and engaging.

This online course took longer than an hour to get through, but it is very clearly and attractively organised. To have people speaking directly to you, with ( often) complex employment-related or legal information, is engaging; so are the various scenarios that they use to illustrated what is being said. I like the way that the presenters continually connect the themes discussed to the human/relational aspect of office work. The test at the end ( which took me by surprise the first time) is a good way to check that one has absorbed the information. Only one question; why does the male presenter sport several different hairstyles???

Very reflexive

A very interesting and self reflexive training that helps us to reinforce some values that we already have
