Very good and informative course but too long. Would be better as two separate 30 mins courses.

I have completed similar training in my role as a governor at a primary school which was much more in-depth. However, this training has highlighted the important elements of the subject.

I enjoy my training very well and the trainer is very good

Gave me a lot to think about with my own comments and behaviours and how they may be perceived by others.

This course covers every aspect of this topic and spends time brilliantly breaking down the issues to be tackled. The segments are well presented and easy to understand and do make you think of any real life situations. I really liked the 60 second reflection suggestion to put yourself in someone else's position in a situation to really try and appreciate what they may be going through. I found it all very helpful to keep a broad mind and remember to consider each of these aspects for everyone you work with.
