Very informative and interesting a very good program well structured
I found the training very good but really struggled with the quiz. As a dyslexic there was no help / option to dictate the longer questions. I needed someone to read the questions to me. Not great equity.
Interesting, much of it seems to be about judgement, being judged and possible reactions and protection of people's beliefs. In some ways for me some of these issues go too far, yet others aren't even mentioned. For example: being careful on how you comment on someone's partner, yet a single person may find they're being judged by whether they even have a partner!.... not mentioned - Judgement used to be part of societies moral code in many ways, there was constructive criticism by which we learnt. If you wanted to make a statement you needed to be able to stand up and be judged. These days it is nanny state, whimsical. Don't get me wrong these standards are sooo needed for those who are deliberately malicious and unkind. Helps define personal boundaries.. I could go on!!!

I found this training rewarding by re emphasizing ones needs in the work place. I have taken certain work issues for granted but by sitting this training course, it will help me fully understand the mechanics of Equality, Diversity & Inclusion
I really find that the IHASCO delivery style does not work for me. The training is too verbose with very little interactive activity to facilitate deep learning. I also disagree with some of the conclusions e.g. where it is stated that it is acceptable to question someone about their sexuality as long as it is approached with sensitivity. This is not true - it is intrusive into a person's private life. If they wish to talk about it they will, otherwise their privacy should be respected.
An informative course and a good recap for me following a Leadership & Management course Diploma I completed.
