The course made me think about how I might accidentally discriminate
A useful reminder of UK laws, employer and managerial responsibilities and importantly to be mindful how our behaviour and actions can affect others. So important.

The training content was very informative and provided a excellent refresher.
I can't fault the intention of the course , its a little long even with breaks but does get the message across. My only criticism is an attempt to sell the financial benefits to businesses which fails to consider specific sectors and types in my opinion.

... that inspires to make a positive change in the workplace
As a partner in a business which employs 20 people we are well aware of many of the issues raised but no harm in having a reminder.
This was a helpful reminder that EDI is as much part of our own mindsets as the efforts to have practical engagement with everyone regardless of all colour, abilities, cultures, religion etc. ; that changing a culture comes from us as an institution and society. The efforts to remind us to put ourselves in others' shoes were good. As with the other training, the links to relevant reading and reports were helpful. Overall this training gave the message that change can be achieved where there is a will to do so. Although changing structures won't happen overnight, changing attitudes can begin immediately, and that is very positive.
I found the course interesting and very informative.
