A complex and potentially controversial subject. The law itself is poorly drafted , and the 'invented' language/vocabulary is confusing even to well educated and literate people. Perhaps in trying to cover too many disparate topics and behaviours , the course is too complicated , and the test questions somewhat ambiguously phrased. As a very experienced manager I struggled with it. Not sure it advanced my skills much , although it is always good to renew awareness of the problems and pitfalls.

An enlightenment to a new working environment which I am not used to. I say this with all encouragement to all new people to the trade, Hopefully the trade we have keeps alive and not a semi skilled one. After all we should be the last trade and I hope it is recognised as a trade on the job to make it great. Craig.

A well put together refresher on EDI issues. Good to have introduced breaks, and I value the transcript option as someone who engages best with text rather than video. I signed up to this course as a non-executive and it would have been useful to have a part of it focused on governance responsibilities re ED&I to make it fully targeted to my needs.

I thought it was a very good course and made a change actually watching videos of people talking than the standard power point courses we have.

I really enjoyed the course and either had my existing knowledge confirmed or I learned new information. The course was well-paced and allowed me to start and finish when I wanted or needed to.
