This is a very informative and necessary course. It covers what people should be aware of in todays workplace. People in any work need to realise how diverse a society we now are and that we should show respect for others and respect our differences.
Misrepresents UK equality law. Presents 'gender identity' as a category distinct from Gender reassignment. Uses the politically charged and discredited term 'intersex' to refer to people with Disorders or Congenital Differences of Sex Development AND includes them in sections about gender reassignment and 'gender identity' (sic) rather than the more appropriate category of disability. Advice on use of pronouns and advocating for political/academic theories such as CRT likely to constitute discrimination against staff with different beliefs, likely to be unlawful and in violation of the UK Equality Act 2010 (Section 10) and the European Convention on Human Rights.
Much too long, & boring makes me feel patronised
Good course very informative
I found the course timely and informative. We live and work in a diverse community and it's important to be part of a workforce that is empathic and inclusive. It is also worth being reminded of legislation which promotes equality, diversity and inclusion.

I was asked to complete this form as it had been a while since I last did one. I could see some changes, and imagine it will be a useful thing to have done - just wish it was quicker, or we got paid to complete it!
An up-to-date and progressive course, with first-class material.
Mostly good if a bit preachy. Examples are good but because of the length of the course, sometimes it is information overload. Also, some of the terms are confusing, ie, gender reassignment/gender preference.
I am aware of difficulties of a local authority trying to employ certain part of this training model due to lack of understanding or acknowledgement of what is a reasonable work load under constrained budgets where the workers are hardest hit without support.
