A good reminder to be more aware

A good reminder to be more aware of and celebrate the differences on society and the workplace.

Creating inclusive workplace culture

The course has consolidated my current knowledge an added a couple of new insights into this subject. I really appreciated hearing about practical improvements that are all work place approach, starting from myself. The 60 second exercise is a really simple and reflective tool for reframing and challenging my stereotypes in order to create supportive workplace culture. The comparison of being a thread to make a company 'fabric' to shape communities really resonated with me. Thank you.

Good pace and content

As I am dyslexic, I would have appreciated the option for the test and questions to be read aloud. The questions I answered incorrectly happened because I mis-read them, rather than not knowing the answer, and this led me to become frustrated.

4/5
Tendentious Questions

The questions and available answers were so tendentious, it was nearly impossible to not know which answer is correct, even without going through the videos first. One would have to purposely select wrong answers to not pass it.

Good

Very interesting.

interesting and informative

This training was very well put together, interesting, enjoyable and informative. I loved the metaphor of threads running through, and the graphics used. Among other things, I learnt the differences between harassment, bullying, victimisation etc
