Good to complete the refresher training
the course is good but opens up a bit to much for claims of discrimination where there is none.
1. the course simplifies certain topics that it mentions 2. there is a bit of a grey area left in the course about distinctions of what an employer's duties are with regards to subjects in consideration and what fellow employees duties are. not every duty that an employer has falls on fellow employees as well. This is a reflection after conversations with fellow employees who are now SCARED to even ask another how they are because they are under impression it is a breach of privacy or confidentiality. And that does not help in creating a more open and inclusive office environment.

I am now empowered and very confident in terms how to handle people that I interact with at the work place and am so proud with the new attitude I have acquired through this course.
The contextualization is good.However a clearer distinction between Diversity and Equity is required.
This was the most in-depth course of them all and required the most amount of concentration.
