It was very good and I learned so much.

I think I enjoyed so much as I learned so many things about the UK CULTURE and also my perspective about a lot of things change and I started to know that each and every person has different opinion about everything thing and we should accept it with respect.

Very confusing definitions

"pronouns" and "gender neutral terminology" - the employer doesn't stand a chance!

The course is practical and eye opening.

The course is very practical because it simply touches on our day to day interactions with our colleagues hence easy to understand and relate with. Kudos for the training and providing it to us. The training also needs to be adopted and lessons learnt and actions implemented even by senior management.

Brilliant

Complex, thought provoking and important

I found this course very thought provoking, really needing to consider fully each and every part of it. So many different components of equity and equality are supported by law but information was made accessible to be understood by participants of this course. Your examples of analysing (our own) human behaviours and looking at things from another person's viewpoint were very enlightening. The Barista analogy and the 60 second reframing exercise were useful tools.
