The learning was helpfully focused upon the essentials of good practice with a continuous thread of the importance of values and organizational culture. I liked the way you encourage replays to reinforce learning. The repeated encouragement of refection on one's own practice (ACT) both in the course and in working relationships was very useful. This is a valuable course!

Clear and very precise training with enough reasonable examples which practically demonstrate circumstances in the real world on the subject matters.
