Really enjoyed this course. Like the way everything was broken down as it is so hard to remember everything and laws at times

Yes it comprehensively outlines the UK legislation and how that translates to the workplace. However peer/group prejudices and implicit discrimination are not touched on. Explicit statements and behaviour have been stopped but there is much that goes on in groups and implicitly. Culture in a business is not even mentioned

Warehouse staff and production workers do not need to do this, it should be leading hands and red tops only.
