I really enjoyed this course and have taken away some new knowledge and a feeling of wanting to learn more.

I found this course useful and interesting. I am able to list numerous examples within the organisation which employs me where conduct and decisions in the recent past have not complied with best practise. Missing from the course is what you should do about this. To be fair the organisation is setting up a group forum, openly asking for participants from across the business, and has of course provided access to this course. I still remain sceptical that this might be another box ticking exercise, because this is what has been done with respect to the espoused core values especially the claimed alignment with integrity. Culture change is what is needed and this requires strong leadership. Hopefully things will change.
Loving it
Good overall content. Clearly explained. Idealised scenarios, failed to recognise the complexity of the many personal/individual and cultural traits that, with the best will in the world, make interacting challenging with a team.
The test at the end was good. I think one or two of the questions within the course itself need reviewing so ensure there is no ambiguity. Unfortunately, I did not have time to read any other resources which looked really interesting. Some are accessible afterwards, some are not. I would give 5 stars it both these points were addressed!
Putting yourself in someone else’s position puts you in a better position to understand & address the issues discussed.
A very well communicated course, informative and will make me look differently on how i approach my personal/work life. Thankyou!
