There are certain things which may be taken for granted without realising that one is breaching legislation. All people who are leaders should go through this course, they may pick one or two new ideas.
This was an informative and interesting course to take part in. While I hope I treat everyone with respect and equity, it was beneficial to receive formal training to discover more about the protected characteristics and how a workplace can protect and support its employees and use their individual differences in a positive manner.
In my opinion it dragged on far too long , it could have been shortened & still give the same info
