It was well presented and fairly easy to understand. It gave me more knowledge than I already had on Equality, Diversity & Inclusion.
The course has a UK bias and has less value for organisations which have operations in other parts of the world that have substantially different legal jurisdictions. In addition the assertions of value that come from ED&I need more substance. The course also gives little consideration to issues of free speech. Lastly it's arguable that biology trumps ideology regarding sex and gender

The online training course was extremely useful and it had certainly expanded my knowledge of equality and diversity within the workplace. This is particularly relevant in my current role as I engage with staff from diverse backgrounds.
A very good and informative Training course to refresh my knowledge in this area.
Made me aware of things that i was not previously aware of.
