The course was interesting as it is presented in a lively and interactive way. I liked the test aspect as it made you really think about the language used in the sections.

I really liked the structure of the course and interchange between the two presenters. The information was succinct with examples to aid learning. It was novel to be invited to take a break in completing the course.

The web tools were really easy to follow and the presentations were very clear.

Course covered all the necessary bases and was presented with the correct level of importance. If I had one suggestion for improvement, I would integrate the final test into the course, so you were answering questions at the end of each section as opposed to waiting till the end, other than that, all good.

As a course the content and explanations are clear and concise. It is a long course but I can't see how you would be able to shorten it as it is packed with information.

This section covers many relevent issues in all work places snd explains that people should be more accepting and understanding of others and their own needs.
