This course was packed full of Information and I think it went it into far more detail than we as volunteers are ever going to need. I would worry that a course such as this would put people off.
This course was packed full of Information and I think it went it into far more detail than we as volunteers are ever going to need. I would worry that a course such as this would put people off applying. A much simpler 20 minute course would be more appropriate.

I love the training, it provide great insight and information. I do hope that people take advantage of this information at work places.
Am so much grateful for being part of this impactful training, I haven't even thought that I may get such wonderful training at my workplace which is rare chance one can afford to get. The course offered is one of the pillars for the success of any enterprise, company ,institutions that hire employees and even in our family set up. To me I have gone through very essential units in that training whereby i have now understanding on how i can accommodate my fellow employees based on their nature and how I can conduct myself at work place to ensure we have shared vision and focus on the success of the enterprise. I have also had a chance to differentiate between equity and equality at my work place, how to embrace diversity in our enterprises and also how I can reduce incidences of discrimination and harassment in our work places. its my pleasure to share my appreciation with the trainers and the organizers of the training, thanks so much.
This really opened my eyes about Equality, Diversity & Inclusion. I had to unlearn a lot of old ways and learn new ways of thinking, speaking & acting towards all people.
The quality of the information, the time from start to finish, the breaks and questions throughout the training, make for a good training on the equality, diversity and inclusion. I particularly liked the examples to make the ideas clearer. I would recommend to colleagues.
