I would like to see more narritive regarding the actual legislation that governs Equality Diverity in the Worplace
I would like to see more referece to Legislation as we need to reference it in Validation Visits to Inspectors
Whatever happened to common sense ? I now have no idea whether I am breaking any laws in anything I say or do during my days at work. Thankfully I am not an employer !
Clear and to the point. The only bad thing was the practice test at the end of each section required sound and there were no subtitles. I think this is an example of indirect discrimination.
Good clear information. Would have preferred fewer videos as they took a while to load making the process longer. Was unable to access training on PC at school had to do at home on ipad ( not ideal)
I think this is a very imporatnt training package for everyone. The training is easy to understand and well presented and makes the individual think on the answers.
This was a very long winded learning tool to remind us to be courteous and polite with others. There are lots of different names for different scenarios which were really just about being a decent human being and treating others as you would wish to be treated yourself. I think there were a couple of areas that were not clear cut and a rather grey area. I appreciate that the training needs to be done but it does make you feel rather inadequate as a person in the workplace. That said, I am sure there are a number of people who need to have it spelt out, which is a great shame.
Test is a little ambiguous. Did not enjoy this experience at all and I don't think I learnt anything other than there are loads of new words out there which essentially says you have to be nice and show respect for one another! something I was taught as a child but the test made me feel inadequate!
made me stressed doing it
learnt a lot
