An informative, well paced program. Presentation style was relaxed and delivered professionally. Themes and key points were explained really well, I particularly liked the supporting text which helped me confirm the messages. The subject matter could have been difficult to navigate as many EDI references were new to me. But i actually enjoyed the session and learned a lot.
This is contains a wide range of information that is important to the society at large.
