I really enjoy the I hasco courses . The right amount of information is given . Video clips are good as are the presenters . They are not those courses such as Hays who give you way too many facts and figures that you could never remember -I hate them ! Well done to you for getting it just right and making it a pleasure to do them . Thank you

This course is best as a refresher. I have done it at least twice and my knowledge on the topic got reinforced.

My only issue was, that when I returned to two slides back, I had to watch next slides all over again. Also, I would love to be able to open all additional documents without the need to download them. Otherwise, very good, interesting training.
