It raises an awareness about how to manage the workplace in relation to the environment.
THIS IS NOT THE BUTTERFLY EFFECT!!! The butterfly effect describes the effect that small actions can have on large chaotic systems. In chaos theory a very small effect can have the effect of completely changing the outcome elsewhere. Whereas within the global ecosystem, the small effect that a single person would have if acting alone, would have no effect whatsoever on the net outcome for the planet. The imagery that you use is nice but incorrect. In addition the solution to these problems is not simple - it requires government policies to change, without which all of our efforts will be futile, and this is not mentioned at all. (I am a mathematician/statistician/engineer.)
Was this an Extinction Rebellion recruiting course? A waste of my time and the company's money.
The amount of small facts i was given on how we can make a difference really opened my eyes. I will without doubt make some of these changes as i now understand the implications of not doing it. VERY GOOD
