The information supplied in the video's is thoughtful information that gets the person thinking about how themselves and their company make an impact on the world. The test afterwards is far too easy, some of the questions are 2 answer multiple choice with 1 clearly wrong answer. Doesn't get the brain thinking about what the videos were explaining
it(s very good
The repeated use of flapping of a butterfly wing is incorrect and irrelevant to an important subject in the video. The phrase came from a meteorologist who was commenting on a chaos based weather model with high feedback and minimal dampening terms that could be induced to produce a hurricane from the flapping wings of a butterfly. There better ways of expressing unintended consequences or other similar points.
Very good course, however there could be more about everyday food choices, and more about the impact that meat and dairy have on the environment (especially factory farming)
Very basic test. Didn't like the content which was suggesting everyone should give up meat! Maybe this test would be better targeting supermarkets and their high prices on foods that would be better for the environment.
This course is just going over the basic knowledge that everyone has already been taught for years. There were no new ideas that we haven't all heard before. The idea of burning less fossil fuel was only skimmed over. There was no mention of better insulation for homes & businesses or moving over to green electricity. A lot of the suggestions are fine, but only if the facilities are supplied in the workplace to start with. What about the company or individual choosing investment options that don't invest in fossil fuels? What about measures the company can put in place to encourage less water/gas/electricity use?
I find this course extremely informative and eye opening. For me it makes me think about my environment and what small things I can do to assist with sustainability especially with plastics and waste!!
This should be distributed to more people to get awarenes on the enviroment
This Review makes the assumption (unproven) that climate change is totally anthropomorphic (human caused). However data for the past 25 years shows absolutely no global warming. This "Training" isn't so much about training as it is indoctrination
