You shouldn't be preaching political agendas by telling people what they should and should not be eating, people have choices and your own agendas should not be included in a course like this.

The course was comprehensive and factual with useful links for other material and information. It would be good to be able to access this knowledge after the course as there is a lot to read which most people would not have the time to do during the course.
I found the training has increased my environmental knowledge, which has to be a positive.
like all online training, it leads to questions and theres no one there to answer them
