A very important course that assists in the day to day functioning at work and home. This works well together with the active listening course.

This course was worthywhile learnt about Emotianal intelligent in which most things were known but never paid much attention to also new things which i came to learnt and would be very useful in my work place.Would recomend everyone does this course.Thanks
I like that it skimmed the surface of the topic and gave a quick link access to continue the learning if desired. As the topic is related to "you" the learner, I did not find it too UK/EU focused at all. Good topic too. Thanks
