His was a good training video and the length was just right. The prosentor was very good.

The course was very instructive, practical and informative. It taught me how to communicate well with others and responding appropriately to their emotions as well as how to show empathy to their emotion, and how to be a good listener. As an LSA this training will be so vital to put it into practice as I do deal sometimes with emotional students.
It is important to know our feelings and able to respond to them appropriately and this course helps recognise how to do that!
