Useful training and important

Emotional intelligence is important in work .To understand how to deal with other emotional and .how to be empathy and self motivation and encourage others to the best.

The course was very informative

The course was very instructive, practical and informative. It taught me how to communicate well with others and responding appropriately to their emotions as well as how to show empathy to their emotion, and how to be a good listener. As an LSA this training will be so vital to put it into practice as I do deal sometimes with emotional students.
